With the mission of promoting the artisans and merchants of the Saint-Hyacinthe region, this event is the perfect place to stock up on discoveries in a festive atmosphere. Every Saturday from July 15 to September 23, the event will take place around the famous 1555 Marché Public (public market).

This year, two Cultural Saturdays whose objective is to make you discover a maskoutain culture resulting from immigration will be organized in collaboration with Saint-Hyacinthe Technopole. On the program: Tastings of typical dishes, traditional dances and songs.
