The estate specializes in growing and processing hot peppers, creating hot sauces, rubbing spices and hot pepper powders to add to your recipes. Their products, some of which are gluten-free, are available online, at several points of sale in Quebec and at their weekend-accessible store by appointment. Please call before your visit. It will be a pleasure to wecome you!
