The Saint-Hyacinthe History Centre invites the public to participate in its sixth conference on the topic of the W8banakiak people and the view they have on their Ndakina (territory) on March 3 at 7 P.M.

The museologist and anthropologist Nicole O’Bomsawin will present to you the W8banaki people (also known as Abenakis) from Odanak and how they live the different issues surrounding their cultural reappropriation linked to their current territory. The conference will be in French.
