Founded in 1990, Le Bilboquet is one of Quebec’s first microbreweries. Since then, it has continued to innovate to offer you a wide variety of excellent beers. Le Bilboquet specializes in the production of tasting brewed products, including unfiltered beers and barrel-fermented beers. Made with premium malts, hops, and selected yeasts, our beers of all styles are constantly updated and remain fresh and up-to-date.
This business shares its premises with the Noroi Distillery and the immersive Interra experience.
*Please note that the Pub du Bilboquet is located in downtown Saint-Hyacinthe.
