The first plantation of the Saint-Simon vineyard took place in 2012. Currently, the vineyard has 7,000 vines, the main grape varieties of which are : Frontenac blanc, Saint-Pépin, Riesling, Frontenac noir, Radisson and Marquette.
The vineyard is accessible by call only.
