The Ménard bakery has been in existence since 1911. All our products are homemade and cooked in the same wood-fired oven as the original, it is also the last wood-fired oven of this type still existing and functional in Quebec. Boulangerie Ménard is known for its breads, baked beans, delicious donuts in syrup as well as its barbecue catering service. The bakery is a family business with its 5th generation currently at work, a real source of pride!
