Saint-Hyacinthe-le-Confesseur Cathedral was built in downtown Saint-Hyacinthe in 1880 according to plans by architect Adolphe Lévesque. Its magnificent Romanesque decor is illuminated by sumptuous chandeliers. You will discover the Casavant organ (Opus 8) and the Eternal Father by Ozias Leduc. You are invited to meditate at the tomb of Blessed Louis-Zéphirin Moreau, to whom the Church attributes the miracle of healing a 11-year-old girl with leukemia, Group visit by reservation.

The Cathedral is accessible for free visit from Sunday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., before mass and visits for groups are offered by reservation.
