The idea behind Crème; create a menu to avoid waste and give a second life to certain rejected materials. Whether it is spent grain or unsold bread flour, the idea is to transform these materials and to add taste and nutritious contribution to the products. Everything is made on site using quality products and without preservatives, it’s simply good.
