Everything began in 1969 at the opening of the first Normandin restaurant in the Neufchâtel district of the city of Quebec. The premise was simple: a high-quality menu, served with utmost attention in a cozy ambiance.

50 years later, we are pursuing our mission in over 40 restaurants across the province, ready to serve you every day. Of course, the secret ingredient in the recipe to our success is you. We wish to thank you for being a part of our history and we are grateful to be a part of yours.
